Since first picking up a simple journal to track her own cycle, Emma has been fascinated by understanding the body’s rhythms. What started as scribbles on paper became a certification in SymptoPro Fertility Awareness and eventually a business supporting women through charting, postpartum transitions, and pregnancy loss.
She has guided hundreds of women and couples seeking a science-backed alternative to hormonal birth control and stood alongside families navigating miscarriage and recovery.
Through her teaching, speaking, and podcasting, Emma blends warmth, real-life storytelling, and evidence-based education to empower women at every stage, from menarche to menopause and all the motherhood in between.
She lives in Charleston, South Carolina with her husband and two children.
