Meet Emma

Hi, I’m Emma Goff, and I’m the Fertility Awareness Educator behind Emmamma and Your Cyclical Doula. My passion is helping women understand their bodies and cycles with confidence, so they can make empowered choices for their health, family planning, and overall well-being.

I’m a Certified SymptoPro Instructor and Fertility Awareness Educator, which means I teach people how to track their fertility biomarkers—like basal body temperature, cervical mucus, and hormone levels—to better understand their cycles. Whether you're looking for a natural, effective alternative to hormonal birth control or seeking insights into your health and fertility, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

I first started tracking my cycle with a simple journal, and that small step sparked a deep curiosity about my body’s rhythms. My early attempts to learn a fertility awareness method weren’t easy, but they opened the door to a world of knowledge that I hadn’t imagined. Eventually, I discovered SymptoPro, and it completely transformed how I view my fertility—and my approach to reproductive wellness as a whole. Now, I’m dedicated to breaking through the barriers of shame and empowering women to understand and embrace their cycles with confidence and clarity.

For me, fertility awareness isn’t just about teaching a method—it’s about providing heartfelt support through every phase of life. Whether you’re welcoming new life, navigating hormonal shifts, or simply reconnecting with your body’s natural rhythms, I’m here to guide you with warmth and encouragement.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m soaking up time with my husband and our two kids, running my in-home daycare, sipping my favorite chai latte (with coconut milk, of course), or taking peaceful walks by the ocean. Supporting women on their unique journeys is my passion, and I feel so grateful to do this work!
