Emma, known as 'your cyclical doula,' lives in Charleston, SC, with her husband and two children.

From her first period to discovering fertility awareness methods, Emma’s journey with her cycle has evolved alongside her passion for supporting women through every stage—menses to menopause and all the moments of motherhood in between.

Emma’s work goes far beyond the physical. She believes in holding space for women to feel seen and heard, offering emotional, educational, and compassionate support during some of life's most vulnerable and empowering times. Whether navigating the onset of menstruation, discovering your fertile window, embracing pregnancy, or stepping into the wisdom of menopause, Emma is your steady guide—nurturing, affirming, and always ready to meet you where you are.

Starting with simple cycle tracking in a journal, Emma’s curiosity grew as she sought a deeper understanding of her body’s rhythms. Though her early attempts to learn a method proved challenging, they sparked a pursuit of knowledge that eventually led her to SymptoPro. This discovery transformed not only how she viewed her fertility but her entire approach to reproductive wellness. Now, Emma is committed to breaking down the barriers of shame and empowering women to embrace their cycles confidently and clearly.

Emma’s work isn’t just about fertility—it’s about offering warm, heartfelt support through every phase of life. Whether it’s welcoming new life, navigating hormonal shifts, or simply connecting with your body’s rhythms, she’s there as a gentle guide. And when she’s not supporting others, you’ll find her savoring moments with her kids and husband, sipping her signature hot chai latte (always with coconut milk), or enjoying the calming rhythm of beachside walks.
