Fertility awareness is a science-backed method of tracking your body's natural signs—like basal body temperature, cervical mucus, and hormone shifts—to understand when you’re fertile, when your period is coming, and how your cycle reflects your overall health. I teach two different sympto-thermal methods - SymptoPro and Fertility Knowledge Collective Protocol.

Support and empowerment from menarche to menopause—and all the motherhood in between.
When most people hear the word doula, they think of birth. But our lives are made up of so many more transitions than labor and delivery alone.
A Cyclical Doula™ provides education, guidance, and support through the many reproductive seasons of life. From first periods to fertility awareness, pregnancy planning, postpartum recovery, pregnancy loss, perimenopause, and beyond, a Cyclical Doula™ helps individuals understand their bodies, navigate change, and make informed decisions with confidence.
At its core, this work is about body literacy.
Because when you understand your cycle, fertility, hormones, and reproductive health, you are better equipped to advocate for yourself, recognize when something may be off, and make choices that align with your values and goals.
The Difference Between a Birth Doula and a Cyclical Doula™
A birth doula primarily supports families during pregnancy, labor, and the immediate postpartum period.
A Cyclical Doula™ supports individuals across the entire reproductive lifespan.
This may include:
Learning about puberty and menstrual cycles
Understanding fertility and fertility awareness methods
Transitioning off hormonal birth control
Trying to conceive
Charting cycles for health insights
Navigating pregnancy loss
Postpartum cycle return
Breastfeeding and fertility
Perimenopause and hormonal changes
Building confidence in understanding reproductive health
Rather than focusing on a single event, a Cyclical Doula™ supports the ongoing relationship you have with your body throughout your life.

Body Literacy Education
Reproductive Health Education
Pregnancy Loss Support
Cycle Charting Support
Personalized Coaching
I believe that every person deserves accurate, evidence-based information about their body and the support needed to apply that knowledge in real life.
Whether you're looking for a natural alternative to hormonal birth control, trying to conceive, navigating a loss, supporting your daughter through puberty, or wondering what's happening in perimenopause, you shouldn't have to figure it all out alone.
Why This Matters
Many of us were taught very little about our bodies beyond basic biology.
We learned how to prevent pregnancy—but not how fertility works.
We learned to manage symptoms—but not how to understand the patterns behind them.
We learned that cycles were something to endure rather than valuable signs of health.
A Cyclical Doula™ helps change that.
By combining education, support, and body literacy, the goal is not just to know more about your cycle—it's to feel more connected to your body, more confident in your choices, and more empowered to navigate every reproductive season with clarity.

Nope! Fertility awareness is for any season - preventing pregnancy, trying to conceive, postpartum, perimenopause, or just wanting to understand your body better. You don’t need a cycle goal to get started. The majority of clients I work with are actually preventing pregnancy.

My coaching is rooted in evidence-based fertility awareness and is open to everyone—regardless of your faith background.
While I’m a certified SymptoPro instructor (a method originally developed in a Catholic context), I also teach the Fertility Knowledge Collective (FKC) protocol, which is completely secular. You can choose the approach that feels most aligned with your values.
Whether you’re seeking values-based guidance as a Catholic client or a fully secular experience, I tailor my support to you. You’ll never be pressured toward any specific belief system, and you’ll always be treated with respect—especially when it comes to family planning and your personal goals.
-
Perfect! I’ll meet you right where you are and break it down step-by-step. Most of my clients haven’t heard in detail about this before and are learning about cervical mucus or basal body temperature for the first time and that’s exactly what I’m here for.
-
Amazing! I work with clients who’ve learned various FABM methods. You don’t have to start over—coaching can support you in interpreting charts, navigating irregular cycles, or applying what you already know with more confidence.
-
Not at all. You can start with a one-time session, a texting-only plan, or a custom coaching package. We’ll build a plan that fits your body, budget, and schedule. Just reach out!

Yes! Irregular or postpartum cycles just need a bit more attention and support. I’ve worked with many clients in these seasons and can help you interpret your signs and find clarity even when things feel messy.
-
Most clients feel autonomous after 3-6 cycles of guided support. But your learning curve is valid, some take a little longer, others move quickly. You’re not behind.
-
That’s totally normal! I recommend starting with the free 14 charting challenge or booking a free clarity call. We’ll talk about your season, your goals, and where you’ll get the most impact.
-
You’ll want to check out Pathway to Pregnancy (a short self-paced course coming in 2026) or book private coaching. We’ll work on timing, hormone signs, and root-cause support to help you conceive naturally.
-
Not at this time. However, your HSA/FSA may cover fertility-related education or coaching—check with your provider. I’m happy to provide receipts or documentation if needed.

I offer judgment-free, deeply personalized coaching grounded in evidence and empathy. I bring my training as a certified SymptoPro instructor, a certified Fertility Knowledge Collective educator, FACTS trained speaker, and certified miscarriage/ bereavement doula—but also my lived experience as a mom, charting nerd, and body literacy advocate. We’re in this together.
