Welcome to Emmamma: Your Cyclical Doula! By accessing this website and engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully—with a warm drink in hand, of course.
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by Emma Goff, certified Fertility Awareness Educator and SymptoPro Instructor. Our mission is to support and empower individuals through fertility awareness education and reproductive health coaching.
2. Use of This Site
By using this website, you agree:
You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent).
You will not use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm others.
You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its content.
3. Educational Content Only
All information on this site—including blog posts, courses, videos, and resources—is intended for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your qualified healthcare provider for personal medical concerns.
4. Services + Coaching
Booking a session, enrolling in a course, or accessing any coaching content implies that:
You understand this is educational support, not medical treatment.
You agree to show up on time and communicate clearly.
You understand Emma Goff/Emmamma LLC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or refuse service when necessary, with appropriate notice whenever possible.
5. Cancellations + Refunds
At Emmamma, I pour intention and care into every course, session, and resource I offer. Because of the live, personalized nature of my services and the digital materials included, all sales are final and non-refundable.
That said, your experience matters deeply to me. If you’re struggling with the course content or your ability to participate, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to talk through what kind of support might help—whether that’s rescheduling, adjusting expectations, or offering guidance to help you get the most from your experience.
I also understand that life can be unpredictable—and your time matters. You're welcome to reschedule any appointment up to 24 hours in advance using your scheduling link. If a session is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, that session will be deducted from your package. If you’re not using a package, you’ll be invoiced for the full session fee.
No-shows will also be charged in full.
If I ever need to cancel a session due to illness or emergency, you’ll receive a complimentary 3-session coaching package as a way of honoring your time and trust.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, PDFs, videos, and course materials—is the property of Emmamma LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.
7. User Contributions
If you post comments, testimonials, or engage in discussions (like in a course platform or Facebook group), you agree to:
Be respectful and kind to others.
Avoid posting anything harmful, unlawful, or offensive.
Grant Emmamma permission to share anonymized feedback for promotional or educational purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emmamma is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the site, courses, coaching, or educational materials. Your choices, your body, your responsibility—with our loving support, of course.
10. Privacy + Communication
Your privacy matters. Any personal information you share through coaching, forms, or communication will be kept confidential and used solely to support your educational experience.
By enrolling in a course, booking a session, or subscribing to updates, you agree to receive occasional communication (via email and/or SMS) related to your participation, reminders, updates, and optional promotional content.
You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any message.
SMS Terms of Service
By providing your mobile number, you agree that Emmamma LLC may send you recurring SMS or MMS messages via SimpleTexting, which may include:
Appointment reminders
Coaching or course updates
Offers, educational tips, and community resources
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to notify us if your mobile number changes and to update your account information accordingly.
Data collected via SMS may include your mobile number, your carrier, message content, and timestamps. This information is used solely to support your experience and is never sold or shared for promotional purposes.
Note: Text messaging is my primary communication method. While convenient and supportive, texting is not a secure platform. Please use discretion when sharing sensitive health information.
11. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of booking or enrollment unless otherwise noted. Payment plans (when available) are managed through third-party platforms such as Klarna, or Afterpay, or Squarespace Invoices, and may include additional terms at checkout.
12. Technology Requirements
For live and digital courses, it’s your responsibility to ensure you have a reliable internet connection and functioning video/audio. Missed sessions due to technical difficulties on your end may not be eligible for makeup or refund.
13. Referral Program
Participants in Emmamma’s referral program understand that all rewards, bonuses, and discounts are offered at the discretion of Emma Goff/Emmamma LLC and may be updated, paused, or discontinued at any time.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted here with the updated effective date. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
