Thank you for featuring Emma. Below you’ll find bio options, headshots, and quick links for easy access.

Short Bio

Emma Goff is a fertility awareness educator who helps women understand their cycles in a way that feels grounded, empowering, and actually usable in real life. What began as tracking her own cycle in a simple journal grew into formal training as a certified fertility awareness instructor and speaker. Today, Emma makes complex reproductive science clear, approachable, and far less intimidating.

Medium Bio

Emma didn’t set out to become “the cycle girl.” She simply started tracking her own cycle in a notebook and realized how much no one had taught her about how her body actually worked.

That curiosity turned into years of study and professional training as a certified fertility awareness educator, SymptoPro instructor, and FACTS speaker. Along the way, she also became certified to support women through miscarriage and pregnancy loss — after seeing how much compassionate, informed guidance was missing in those spaces.

Today, Emma teaches women how to track their fertility signs, navigate birth control decisions, chart postpartum, and understand hormonal shifts without fear or overwhelm. She blends evidence-based education with warmth and real-life application, helping women feel steady and confident in conversations about their health.

Emma is the founder of Emmamma and host of The Cyclical Doula Podcast. She lives in Charleston, South Carolina with her husband and two children and firmly believes body literacy is for everyone.

Extended Bio

Emma’s journey into fertility awareness began with a simple journal and a lot of unanswered questions. Like many women, she realized she had been given very little education about how her menstrual cycle actually functioned. So she started tracking. Reading. Learning. Asking better questions.

What began as personal curiosity eventually grew into professional certification as a fertility awareness educator, certified SymptoPro instructor, FACTS speaker, and miscarriage & bereavement doula. But more than collecting credentials, Emma was drawn to this work because she saw how deeply women needed clear, evidence-based education delivered in a way that felt human.

Today, Emma teaches fertility awareness-based methods for pregnancy prevention and conception, supports women navigating postpartum transitions and hormonal shifts, and walks alongside families experiencing pregnancy loss. Her approach blends science-backed information with warmth and practical guidance — because learning your cycle shouldn’t feel clinical or overwhelming.

Through her speaking, workshops, and podcast, Emma helps women reconnect with their bodies, understand their hormones, and make informed decisions about their reproductive health. She believes that when women understand their cycles, everything shifts — from how they view their health to how they raise the next generation.

Emma lives in Charleston, South Carolina with her husband and two children and is deeply committed to advancing body literacy for women at every stage of life.
