37. The Real, Raw, Charted Life of Emmamma: Travel, Disrupted Charting & Finding My Rhythm Again

In this first Real, Raw, Charted Life of Emmamma episode, I’m sitting down for a candid check-in—sharing what the past month has actually looked like behind the scenes.

April was full in every sense of the word. From family time and travel to St. Martin, to a pilgrimage through Italy, to navigating personal stress and a major shift in my day-to-day rhythm…this season has stretched me.

And like so many of you, my charting practices didn’t look “perfect” in the middle of it all.

In this episode, I’m talking through what happens when real life interrupts consistency, how I approached a cycle where I knew my data wouldn’t be reliable, and what it’s looked like to come back home and begin finding my rhythm again—both personally and professionally.

I’m also sharing some updates on how my work is evolving, including changes to my schedule, upcoming offerings, and what I’m building next.

This one is part life update, part charting reflection, and part behind-the-scenes of what it actually looks like to live this work in real time.
